I would like to submit to you my platform for the 2012 Presidential elections at this time. My plans will be one of great-change in view of the planetary-flip scheduled to occur in September of 2015. Many changes now need to happen in order that this race survive the coming seven year drought due to follow this readjustment. The lean years are now before us so now is the time to prepare!

1) Beans, rice and corn now need to be grown and stored for the lean years just ahead.

2) All convicted drug offenders need to be released from prisons and jails with their full rights restored.

3) All convicted rapists, murders, and child molesters will humanely be put to sleep. No longer will the innocent be victims of the senseless crimes. Just punishment shall now be  in acted.

4) All shopping malls will be converted to indoor grow gardens in order to provide the needed vegetables necessary for food. This growing shall then be taught in grade schools as one of the most important subject matters to presently learn.

5) Hemp shall be legalized and grown immediately, even upon our freeways and interstates. Then  put into production of many everyday necessities that we all need and use.

6) Our engines shall be converted to run on hydrogen obtained from the very water we drink. Free filling stations will then be set-up using the available electricity to produce this fuel.

7) A complete over-hauling of our educational system is now in order.

8) All cell-phones will be re-designed so as not to cause cancer in the users of this device or to harm the honey-bee population any longer.

9) All fluorides shall be removed from toothpaste and the water we all drink.

Many of these changes have been discussed around our dinner tables for sometime. They must now be implemented together or else the worst can be expected soon! How would you like to see where your tax dollars have been spent? If elected to office I will make this information available through programs designed to inform and educate the general public concerning these affairs to date. Nothing will be with held from the public any longer.

10) If elected this next fall I will reprint the dollar bill on a hemp-grade paper and redistribute it to everyones bank account. An even start will be declared for all men and women. From that day forth all peoples of all races will be treated equally. There shall be no more distinction between our races.

I shall lift many internal taxes not necessary within this country used to provide for international spending for commerce abroad. I will also mandate that taxes be put on all foreign products so as to place them out of consideration for the normal person. This will be to stimulate our own sales and recover within these given markets. After this recovery, our country will then be allowed fair trade with our neighbors around the world.

11) A year of "Jubilee" will be declared, cancelling all debts internationally as well as domestically. All home owners shall be given their residences under the re-in act ment of Squatter's Rights.

12) I have recently reviewed the "Fishman's Framework for Tax Reform" and the "Sub-prime Mortgage Solution" that can be found at: www.serioustaxreform.com     This is the most comprehensive plan for financial recovery and also allows our families to stay in the houses they now own. This plan lowers personal, business and capital gains taxes. It eliminates taxes on interests, personal income, and estate taxes for over 98% of Americans. It resolves the Social Security problems, creates fully funded National Heath Care, expands our public education to include FREE collage for those that qualify, even grad school. It protects our American jobs, repairs our deteriorating infrastructure as well as insuring our environment. This plan if in-acted will cut our dependence on fossil fuels forever and help each state regain control of their own fiscal responsibilities.

I have recently reviewed the Sub-prime Mortgage Solution. Under this proposal residential homes that were purchased for up to $850,000.00, that are now in foreclosure, have fallen below their purchase price, or cost their owners 30% or more of their annual income will be repurchased and then discounted 40% of their retail price with a 30 year mortgage at 5%. This plan allows the current owners $0.60 cents on the dollar. All of these new government owned mortgages shall then be placed into the Social Security Trust Fund. It is specifically understood that the United States Treasury Department and/or any other United States government agency, shall not have access to any of the assets in the Social Security Trust Fund.

13) It is now time to talk about the present unknown conditions facing us all. There are situational problems that have concerned our military leaders, as well as presidents for some seventy-years now. This was the sole reason for the assassination of John F Kennedy, as well as others involved in our government. Phil Schnieder and William Cooper are just two more of these men who have gone to their deaths trying to voice their concerns about this problem. This involves the signing of a treaty in 1930 with the Grey's/Renticuli a race of beings originally from the planetary system Zeta Renticuli. The sharing of the "sonar technology" was given to us which allowed the defeat of the Nazi forces in WWII. In exchange President FDR allowed them the taking of animal and human specimens for research conducted by this race of beings. This race is currently occupying the deep underground military base(D.U.M.B.) located near Dulce New Mexico. They have kidnapped our own children, hooking them to drainage machines which extract the serum produced by their pituitary glands. This is then mixed with various chemicals to provide food for this dying race. They consider this as a "cocaine-high" and are now addicted to our hormonal secretions. They have complete control of both our Democratic and Republican Parties! They plan the extinction of 90% of our populace by 2029 leaving the rest as "cattle in the field" waiting form supper.

So now what are we to do? 

14) If elected to office in 2012, I have been contacted by the Galactic Federation of Planets who have offered their support by the furnishing of weaponry designed to allow our victory over this invading colony. 

15) Our entire military will be recalled on a world-wide scale and then stationed along our Southern border states, as well as medical out-posts set-up for the remaining survivors from the coasts after the impending flip.

If elected, I will do my very best to handle these many escalating problems, but this is somethings that can only be determined by a fair vote in this next election. I am asking now for your support by a "write-in ballot" so as to provide an accurate tally of votes, as well as a recount if necessary.
